The Red House

Our restaurant is located in the fabulous Rusutsu Lodges. Located in the heart of the Rusutsu Resort, ski, golf & fun park entertainment area. We serve a mixture of Japanese and Western style cuisine. We provide a friendly relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for a great meal or just a slow coffee or other type of beverage, come in to the RED HOUSE.

WINTER SEASON INFORMATION

Open 7 days a week.
We are open from 4 pm to 5 pm for happy hour drinks only.
Food service starts from 5pm through to 9:30 pm. Last order is at 9pm.

*Walk-in is until 8:15pm.

Tables are limited to a 1.5 hour time period.

Reservations are not necessary but highly recommended.
Reservations will require a credit card and a cancelation fee will apply.
Reservations will be canceled automatically after 10 minutes no show or no contact.

SHABU-SHABU

Japanese Shabu-Shabu

Shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish of thinly sliced, self boiled meats and vegetables. Meat includes local pork, beef and lamb. All vegetables are locally sourced. Cooking pot has two types of sauce and a dipping sauce is also supplied. Minimum two persons per order. Great value at just 3500 yen p/p.

Hokkaido Wagyu Beef also available.
